Erik is going back to school to pursue a degree in musical composition. His final NYC appearance with the band will be on Saturday, June 14 at THE BOTTOM LINE. Erik joined HFQ in September of 2001 and has been a mainstay ever since, touring extensively with the band and appearing on our last two recordings, "I Like You A Lot" and "Do What I Want." His sound and aesthetic have helped to define HFQ's sound and, while it's a loss for the band, the music world only stands to gain.
