New Song on Mark McLean's "Feel Alright"

"Surrounded By You," a new musical collaboration between Howard and drummer/composer Mark McLean, is featured on Mark's new album FEEL ALRIGHT, released this week.

Howard wrote the song's lyrics, and the music was co-written by the two longtime collaborators (Mark is the featured drummer on 2002's DO WHAT I WANT album, as well as 2007's BASEMENT TAPES recording).

On the new album, Howard is featured singing and playing the new song, alongside Mark on drums and other regular Fishman band members Russell Farhang (violin) and Nathan Peck (upright bass).

Howard wis scheduled to appear at the CD release show for the new album on Wednesday, May 28 at SubCulture in New York City. For tickets and information, click here.
