Mucho Successful
Spring 2002 was the most successful period yet for HFQ, as the band continued to tour in support of its third CD "DO WHAT I WANT," garnering rave reviews and enthusiastic new fans along the way! April and May brought returns to Boston and Northampton, along with debuts in Burlington, VT; Piermont, NY; Wilkes-Barre, PA; and Chicago, IL, where HFQ made its Midwest Debut for a packed house at THE STEPPENWOLF THEATER. The band made other prestigious venue debuts, including shows at NEW JERSEY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, VASSAR COLLEGE (with Mark Ribot Y Los Cubanos Postizos), BROOKLYN BOTANICAL GARDENS, BB KING'S BLUES CLUB, and THE TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL.
