NAKED SOUL at The Rubin Museum of Art

On Friday, March 23rd, Howard will perform at The Rubin Museum of Art in NYC, as part of their NAKED SOUL concert series.

The show will be completely unamplified (hence the name), and will feature Howard's quartet in an intimate, pristine setting -- the ideal context for the performance of acoustic music.

Joining Howard will be Skye Steele, Andrae Murchison on trombone and Greg Cohen on upright bass.

And as a special bonus, the ticket price to the concert includes admission to the museum and a free, post-concert guided tour of the museum's collection.  After the show, there will also be a cash bar and a live DJ.  Come and make an evening of it! Tickets here!

DEAD AUTHOR SONGS

Howard stars in a developmental reading of Dead Author Songs, at the 2012 Emerging Artists Theatre New Work series, Thursday March 1, at 9pm at the Tada Theatre.

Dead Author Songs is written by Zac Kline, directed by Christopher Carter Sanderson and produced by NYC's Missing Bolts Productions. It features original music by Howard Fishman.

In Dead Author Songs, two couples come together and fall apart over a dynamic few months. Love and loss push the limits of what it means to embrace someone, while still embracing yourself. Dead Author Songs features songs by singer-songwriter Howard Fishman.

Dead Author Songs will also feature Blair Baker, Leajato Robinson and Kelly Tuohy.
